Barry, John and Michelle will be attending.
The LSAS Conference is open to consultants, advisors, coaches, trainers and executives from suppliers of technology, goods and services to the UK legal sector.
The idea is to get people from any firm who supplies services to the legal sector in a room at a conference. I know, I know, we all meet at conferences and exhibitions all the time and yes, when the exhibition is a side show to a conference, sometimes we meet and talk. Although, I also like to sit in on the talks and learn more about the sector.
The aim is to spend an evening & day building those crucial networks within the industry, even if it’s hanging out with people you already know, as well as opening up some new relationships. And of course the chance to share ideas that we might not do otherwise at other conferences.
What’s the content?
This bit is up to you.
The idea is not to ‘sell from stage’ and maybe this is chance to get something off your chest about the legal sector that you’ve wanted to do for ages but not got around to because clients were always in the room. Alternatively you may, like the best comedians, be developing a ‘new show’ and want to road test it and get some peer feedback. But, I’m guessing that most topics should have some relevance to the legal sector. This is the general structure for the day.
How do I get to speak?
Once you have booked a ticket you will then be invited to submit a talk that you would like to deliver. Once all the talks have been submitted everyone who has booked a ticket will be invited to vote on which speakers they would like to hear from.
